The goal of SentryPlus is to monitor your UPS and take care
of all your power management needs. SentryPlus has the ability to 
properly shutdown your computer when an extend-ed power outage occurs.
SentryPlus provides the most useful information about the UPS and 
all of your power management inquiries. We added the most popular 
network management protocol(SNMP) into SentryPlus, SentryPlus will 
translate UPS information into SNMP MIB to the appropriate Network 
Management Station(NMS) such as HP OpenView. To make use of 
resources on the Internet, SentryPlus also supports HTTP protocol. 
That means you can monitor your UPS anywhere, anytime just using 
the Internet browser. SentryPlus runs in the background as a daemon 
process on UNIX systems, and com-municates to the UPS to keep your 
computer and equipment protected from any power problems. 
Furthermore, it gives you the most useful information about your UPS
and computer.
