Three reasons:

1.  He filed like 8 of these.  We have important other stuff to do.
2.  He needs to stop filing so many bugs based on what he sees going on
under the covers and more on whether or not it worked.
3.  It's even easier to NR it.
4.  It doesn't take 1 minute to review.  I'm not your usual JonG
rubber stamp.  We can't afford regressions at this point.
