To whom it may concern,

So I've read some of the documents about this 360-survey thing, and I
find myself not highly enthused to be jumping through these hoops,
prostrating myself, and subjecting myself to review by over half the
company.  Especially since no one else in the building has had to do
anything similar.

I have no idea why I'm being asked to do this.  I've received no
justification from HR nor explanation about why this is needed or
what the goal of it is or what possible good could come from it.  I
would really need to know why I would want to do this before I agree to
bend over and spread 'em.
