OK, this is making me totally insane. I'm going to have to put a stop
to this. This is so unbelievably incompetent and negligent that it
can't be ignored/tolerated/waved-off any more. We have been doing that
for far too long already. There has to be some consequences over and
above the 6 months it has cost us. Brian, I told you I wanted Bill off
this project quite a while ago. You wouldn't listen, and, well, here
we go.

linux/kernel/linux-mips-2.6/net/neteee2/eee-timer.c

this file is completely horseshit, I ripped all this out and fixed
it with proper code almost a year ago. I guess in one of Bill's
wonderful un-restricted checkins he took exactly NONE of that
code and replaced it back with this old crap that doesn't work.

     take a look at code/neteee2/eee-timer.c

OK, this really pisses me off. My guess: 90% of the shit that
Bill's pretending to be doing right now, I actually did a long time ago,
and he fucked it up by not following my instructions and taking
the new, fixed, working versions of EVERYTHING and just checked
in his horseshit with zero code review straight into the kernel
directories, and that's what he's been "working" on cleaning up,
when it reality it was done 10 months ago.
