I think you're probably over-imagining the depth of this change.  It was
really a rather trivial cleanup effort on the heels of the work that
was done at the beginning of the year to reorganize our files and
directories.  Mostly just removal of a symlink and the reasons for it.
There was no lack of warranted process.  All substantive comments
in reply to the RFC I sent out were addressed.  No giant design changes
occurred so no meetings required, etc.

Upgrade is down right now, but that was planned, as several changes to
the upgrade code are necessary for Cougar as well as a few other
reasons. Since no one is doing upgrades to the latest dev build right
now due to the shutdown, now seemed the best time for it.

For someone with 'ONSTOR' on his license plate, you seem to be very
trepidatious about getting rid of 'agile' ~:^)
