Thanks for the clarification. That's great if we don't need this step.
I was wondering about it in regards to #19489, since I don't have
another explanation besides memory issue to explain the sudden reboot.
But the filer was not running any traffic so it's hard to explain.

This initial reboot was originally added to the upgrade workflow when
running the "old" (prior to 2.2.3 or whatever it's called) upgrade from
nfxsh, because that used 150+MB of memory, which caused a lot of grief.

This standalone install only uses a couple of MB at most.  I haven't
found it to be necessary so far, so it is not in the script.  Should it
be found to be beneficial or necessary, it will be added.
