I am able to open/copy all files in the following folder from home (VPN)
and from Pleasanton:

=20

\\mightydog\marketing\Partners_Solution\1-Qual_Queue_Matrix\
<file:///\\mightydog\marketing\Partners_Solution\1-Qual_Queue_Matrix\>=20

=20

I'll head in to Pleasanton tomorrow morning to diagnose your issues if
you are there. I'll send an email to dl-Pleasanton asking for their
feedback as well. I think it is likely that both of your clients that
were having issues, as I was unable to reproduce the problem from
onstor-dc03.onstor.net ip - 10.1.1.4.

=20

You should both open helpdesk tickets to track the issues.

Oh yes, for sure, my laptop at least twice in fact and from my home
system I have not rebooted my home system but I have had to relogin due
to the timeout settings for web acess.

Have either of you rebooted since the upgrade yesterday afternoon?

There are no problems with that path. Additionally, can you try to copy
the file to your local machine and see if you can open it from there?
There are a lot of temp files in that directory for that file. Those
should be deleted as well.

I will reboot the VPN appliance shortly.

//mightydog/marketing/partners_solution/1-qual-queue or something very
close to this. The directory was/is inaccessible from p'town.

Reported this a couple days ago. It was suggested to use the FQDN.
Didn't work reliably. I keep getting access denied messages. This
afternoon the directory was unavailable but other directories in the
partner folder were available.

What's the file path on Mightydog?

The SSL VPN Appliance may need a reboot. Altiris did earlier.

I am guessing this is an MD Delorean beat issue but I am not sure.

I was accessing the compat guide that is located on MD for the Campbell
office, works fine, is served up quickly.

I then tried to access the same file from P'town, can't access it.

Now I am at home coming in via
https://secure.onstor.com/dana/home/index.cgi (intranet page) trying to
access the same guide and I get :Cannot find server. If I try to access
teh Compat Queue I get this: Access to the Web site is blocked by your
administrator
