3rd column in the results is "response time".  Somebody told me the
response times should be less than 4.  I think if the response time is
better, we get higher ops.  From the results, we notice that when we add
more ops, the response time goes up as well.

What is a good response time?  Does this mean that if we fix the
response time then we will get higher ops numbers?
