May be we should consider an option of building a flash_install that
doesn't ask for Y/N prompt but simply builds the flash.

It goes to the first time install, you need the ssc console. There's a
new option in the main menu (6) to pull the config files from the other
flash and continue booting.
This should not happen since we always build a master flash that is
replicated, and we always verify the master flash.

Some questions from CS.

=20

What happens for the flash card built if somebody forgets to setup the
option to automatically copy config on bootup? In that case when booted
up from the flash card, it will be like a first time boot-up? How do we
handle that situation? How do we make sure flash cards are built
correctly?
