At&t has updated our internet service provider with a new estimated
repair time. ETA has now been set to 4:30(pdt). We have been in contact
with the VP of customer service for data services at At&t and he has
agreed to email in detail the origin of the problem we are experiencing
and why the resolution has been 18+ hours in the making. We will share
that info when received.

I appreciate the patience everyone has given us in resolving this issue.
This outage far exceeds our tolerance for downtime of internet service.
We are working with our ISP and At&t to see if they can provide
assurances  that this does not happen again.

A major disruption in internet service occurred yesterday starting at
7:18pm (pdt). Our internet carrier reports that over 200 lines of fiber
were cut between 2 of San Jose's central offices by accident. We are
waiting on an update this morning from our internet service provider and
we will pass the update on to you. Telephones are operational the outage
only affects internet traffic.=20
