Is this the conv you use?=20

/usr/local/sde4/bin/conv

Maybe changing the Makefile to use the full path to conv or a make
macro/variable set to the full path would be the best thing to do.

It's one of the mysterious commands that is actually part of the
sbtools tarball ~:^)

So every system that can build delorean should be able to build linux.
