Tim, Andy,

As you probably know, we will be meeting with the Worldwide SE group
today and presenting a technical update on Delorean. Presenters are Jim,
Charissa, Jobi, Max, Rendell, Ron, Brian and Jonathan.

If you have interest in any of the topics (agenda at the end of this
email thread), feel free to drop in. Also, if you just want to drop in
and meet the Ses, feel free. We're in the EBC, and either Brian or I or
both will be there the entire time.

A few slides mention future (Zonda) plans. Jay and I discussed this and
decided that while it's ok to mention future plans, it is important to
emphasize that future plans are tentative, not guaranteed, subject to
change, etc. (You get the idea...)

A few slides will be reformatted for consistency, but otherwise should
be unchanged.

Also, feel free to sit in on some/all of the other talks. And please be
prepared to be available in the event we're ahead of (or behind)
schedule.

Brian

For those who have not yet completed your slides, please forward
sometime today so I can consolidate them. Thanks.

Attached is a template for slides. I plan to consolidate these on Tues.
4/24. Please put 4/24 on your calendars.

Generally speaking it would be good to cover at least the following:

- overview/background
	- what is it, why is it important
- installation/setup
	- including what pre-installation info is needed from a sysadmin
- CLI
	- admin commands
- troubleshooting
	- most likely sources of problems, diag commands, tips
- anything else a customer/SE should know

If a demo is appropriate, by all means do a demo. =20

Hello all,

I thought I'd remind us that we're scheduled to deliver some rather
extensive technical training to the worldwide SE group (plus some from
CS) in one week, on Wednesday, April 25. The schedule is appended below.

If you're all set, or have plans to get set, that's great. If you have
questions or issues, or if I can help in any way, please let me know.
