Mike,

There are a couple defects that could cause this.  Particularly, if he
sees it again, have him run:

	stats txrx bmc12500=20

...before rebooting.  That's a diag command, not admin, by the way.  If
the numbers are anything but zero he's hitting a known bug fixed in the
latest 1.3.3 releases.
