Let's also get this Bobcat upgraded. Here are the rework instructions:
=20
- Populate R6704 (may already be done)
- Cut trace going to U6701-177
- Attach wire from U6701-168 to U6701-177
=20
It's pretty easy and can be done in-house. Andy said he would do it
since I'm loaning him my Bobcat.

	Brian,
	=20
	No, this unit doesn't have the wire added.
	Do we have the required rework documented somewhere.
	May be we can do it here!

	Abdallah,
	=20
	The wire is on the top of the board and attaches directly to the
TI controller. Can you take a look to see if it's been added? =20
	=20
	Andy,
	=20
	I believe that John Rogers was also trying to track down a
system that was already installed in the QE lab. Have you heard
anything back from him?

		Andy,
		=20
		See email below and attachment regarding the unit that
we were planning to give you.
		Brian, I believe this unit needs the work around that
you did to the other 4 units from the same build.
		Please advise!

		RoHS 1 is failing to load the run time image.
		I tried loading from both compact flash locations wd0a &
wd1a, but both failed.
		Attached is the capture while loading from both CF
locations.

		Thanks,

    chip
>
>
>
> Andy,
>
> I think =
you mean=20
    the TI part instead of the Intel/Cirrus part. The
> TI =
part is=20
    populated on the Bobcat RoHS motherboard, and the current
> =
revision=20
    of that board is B1. The Rev 1 and A1 boards are =
hardware
>=20
    equivalent and can also be used.
>
>
>=20
    Abdallah,
>
> Do we have any spares in Ops? If =
not, then=20
    I'll see if one of the
> Rev 1 boards in Pleasanton can be=20
    used.
>
>
> Brian
>
>
> >=20
