All US Employees,
ONStor is rolling out a new vacation policy. ONStor will be offering
all US employees 15 days of vacation. With each additional year of
service, employees will receive an additional day of vacation, up to 20
days maximum. You will be able to accrue up to 200 hours. Once you
have hit the 200 hour accrual maximum, you will stop accruing hours
until you have used your vacation days and lower your Accrued Hour
balance (please see chart below):
ONSTOR'S Vacation Policy
Vacation Time

Vacation time is provided for the purpose of rest, relaxation, a planned
interruption from the workplace or to attend to personal affairs. For
exempt employees, vacation time is taken in full days or half days. For
non-exempt employees, vacation time is taken in hourly increments with a
maximum of eight (8) hours charged per day. Managers and employees have
the responsibility to plan schedules that meet operating requirements of
departments and time off needs of staff. In order to balance and meet
service and staffing requirements, managers and employees should plan
time off schedules well in advance. =20

All regular full-time employees accrue Vacation time in accordance with
the following:=20

Years of Service	Annual Accrual	Monthly Accrual=09
Pay period=20
Accrual	Maximum Accrual=09
Year one of service	15 Days (120 Hours)	10.00 Hours	5.00
Hours	Not Applicable=09
Year two of service	16 Days (128 hours)	10.67 Hours	5.335
Hours	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year three of service	17 Days (136 hours)	11.33 Hours	5.665
Hours	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year four of service	18 Days (144 hours)	12.00 Hours	6.00
Hours	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year five of service 19 Days (152 hours)	12.67 Hours	6.3
Hours	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Years six and beyond of service	20 Days (160 hours)	13.33 Hours
6.665 Hours	25 Days (200 hours)=09

Vacation time is accrued per pay period and is available for use upon
accrual. Years of service are accrued from the most recent employment
date of the employee. The employee will accrue at the new rate effective
the month of the anniversary date. Vacation accruals may not exceed 200
hours or 25 days. Once this maximum is reached, the employee will stop
accruing further vacation until he or she has taken time off and his or
her accrued vacation hours have dropped below the 200 hours. Employees
may borrow up to five days (40 hours) of vacation in advance of accruing
the time. However, if the employee terminates his/her employment with a
negative vacation balance the negative amount will be deducted from
their last paycheck.

Scheduled Vacation
Scheduled Vacation is arranged with your immediate manager and is
approved on a first come, first-served basis. If a paid holiday falls
during scheduled vacation, you will be paid for holiday pay for that
day. Accrued vacation may be used at any time with the manager's
approval. For planned absences, employees should complete a Request for
Time Off form (available on the Company's Intranet web site) and submit
it to Human Resources after it has been signed by your manager.
Ultimately, managers are accountable for managing their employees'
vacation including ensuring proper reporting to Human Resources, the
actual days/hours taken by employees in each semi-monthly payroll
period.

Sick Days
ONStor has a policy of 5 sick days per year, per employee. Sick days
may be used for reasons of unexpected personal illness, injury, medical
or dental appointments, or when the employee must care for an immediate
family member due to illness, injury, or medical/dental appointments.
Any sick days that exceed five consecutive working days, warrants
contacting HR to determine eligibility for short-term disability or the
need for a Leave of Absence (LOA). If the absence is due to illness,
ONStor will require a physician's written release before the employee
may return to work. You must fill out a Request for Time Off form,
designating sick days when you return.

Have you been with ONStor for more than one year?
As of January 1, 2007, those employees who have been with ONStor for
more than one year, you will begin accruing vacation days as noted on
the chart below:

Years of Service=09
Days of vacation prior to 1/1/07	Days of vacation after 1/1/07
Maximum Accrual=09
Year one of service	12	15	Not Applicable=09
Year two of service	13	16	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year three of service	14	17	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year four of service	15	18	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Year five of service	16	19	25 Days (200 hours)=09
Years six and beyond of service	17	20	25 Days (200 hours)=09

How many vacation hours do I have?
As of May 1, we will begin sending out your updated vacation hours on
the first of every month. =20

Are you close to, or over your maximum hours?
If you are currently over the 200 hour maximum, and a few of you are,
you will have until December 31, 2007 (eight months) to work down those
hours or lose them. Please work with your manager to take advantage of
your time.

Can I get cash in exchange of my vacation days?
The simple answer is no. Everyone at ONStor works hard. It is the
company's request that people take advantage of their accrued vacation
time away from the company to have fun with family and friends.

If you have any questions regarding ONStor's vacation policy, please
feel free to stop by or email me your questions. Like in the past, I'll
create a Q & A for all questions.

Enjoy your additional vacation days!

Regards,

Trudy
