Hi Andy,
I'm not ignoring you, really. I've been working on a PROM release for
Ops.
I briefly looked for something ifdef out but didn't see anything
obvious.
Think I need a little more info.=20
Is this for the "load -a 83000000 <ip> <filename>" command?

Thanks,
Warren

Subject: command line args enabled in PROM

Hi Warren,

I know we discussed this before but I need to reiterate, because we
need it so that people can boot their Bobcat's with Linux. We need the
command line args handling re-enabled in the PROM. It should be there
but commented out, just like the call_vectors code was. The kernel
already has all the code necessary to process the command line args as
they are passed by PMON.

This is the most important change we need right now. Otherwise, I have
to build a special version of the kernel for each and every person and
machine. And you know how these fingers don't like to do work.

Thanks,

a
