Henry, I'm trying to build submittal 10 for DeLorean and the opt build
for fs-debug.c fails for both cheetah and bobcat. Debug  compiles okay.
Please...a) fix this ASAP and b) make sure you compile all build
variants before you checkin.

Please make the fix to fs-debug.c for this error and let me know when I
can sync and restart the build. Thanks Henry.
