Actually Andy, this defect was due to the system copy all -I bug where
/etc/fstab was copied and verify-install.sh had the bad sed statement
causing all the writes to be done to the / partition.

I thought this bug was closed if it was marked as not fixed that is
because the old verify_install.sh was run trying to install the new.

The QA engineer should not have done the system copy all -i

Note_Entry: Upgrade failed because of not enough disk space.  It is
supposed to fail if
there is not enough space on the flash.  Clean out your flash
directories of
extraneous files before upgrading.
