They have a PCI Express card and 10GE coming.   Although primarily an
initiator, support ISCSI target as well.  I thought we were going to
have PCI Express expansion slots for the purpose of IO expansion.
Granted, not an SOC, if that's what the current plan is.  Alacritech has
been around probably longer than any other ISCSI company.  Used to have
a Linux driver but they either abandoned that or it made it's way into
Linux already.  Would have to see.  Founded by Adaptec founder.   I
worked w/ them years ago.  Anyway, just mentioning it. =20

Lot's of smoke and mirrors, but if it's real, why don't they show us
the cheddar?  I don't think they're shipping yet.

On the other hand, if it's real and good, let's slap one on!
