Are you sure about the sendmail directories? We do use sendmail.

Here is my list so far:

/var/games/
/usr/share/doc/
           man/
           games/
           gnats/
           ipsec/
           calendar/
           et/

/usr/man/
/usr/sendmail/cf/* (there might be one or two files in this directory
                    that we need, but 99% can go bye-bye)

/etc/sliphome/
/etc/phones/
/usr/share/sendmail/
         I'm not sure it this whole dir can go, but I think so.
I'm positive that /usr/share/sendmail/siteconfig/ can go.
