We have two cougar directories - we should correct that. This doesn't

The MIPS64(r) Architecture For Programmers Volume III comes as a
multi-volume set.
* Volume I describes conventions used throughout the document set, and
provides an introduction to the MIPS64(r)
Architecture
* Volume II provides detailed descriptions of each instruction in the
MIPS64(r) instruction set
* Volume III describes the MIPS64(r) Privileged Resource Architecture
which defines and governs the behavior of the
privileged resources included in a MIPS64(r) processor implementation
* Volume IV-a describes the MIPS16e(tm) Application-Specific Extension
to the MIPS64(r) Architecture
* Volume IV-b describes the MDMX(tm) Application-Specific Extension to
the MIPS64(r) Architecture
* Volume IV-c describes the MIPS-3D(r) Application-Specific Extension to
the MIPS64(r) Architecture
* Volume IV-d describes the SmartMIPS(r)Application-Specific Extension
to the MIPS32(r) Architecture and is not
applicable to the MIPS64(r) document set
