3.0.1 is yet to be released. Could happen very soon.

Currently we have released 3.0.0.2 as the minimum release level. We have
also made available 3.0.0.3 publicly and 3.0.0.4 at an early level.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Clueless engineer wants to know: why is this customer installing
3.0.0.2?  That was old and deprecated a long time ago. They should be
installing 3.0.1.something at the very least.
