Per the discussion in the staff meeting, we do not want this to be a
mandatory keyword like the reviewed by field.

So no need for Ken to take any action on this item.

This is intended for now to just be a convention that helps facilitate
better communication from dev to QA.

All developers should start using this convention.

The code review process should include a discussion about what this
field will be set to.

At the last SW Dev staff meeting, we discussed the issue of checking in
code to perforce when it is not related to a bug. For this case, please
use the "Regression:" key word and add comments to let QA know what
should be tested. If this does not apply, please specify "none". Note
that this is similar to the "Regression focus" section in CQ.=20
