Hi Ken,

I tried the "revertunchanged" submit option, and it didn't seem to
work.  The file descr-bc was not changed, but it committed it anyway.
Is there anything you can find out about why this isn't working as
expected?

The option was set in my client before I create the changelist, even
before I even sync'd the branch in question.
