The intent is to describe every actual change that we make so that a
developer or QA person
familiar with BSD can continue to function with Linux. For the rc
scripts I expect the page to
describe where the equivalent of rc.local exists.

Not sure what you want put in this page. I took your words and what is
written on that wiki page at face value and added a section that
describes the difference between how the rc scripts are designed and
invoked on a BSD system and a Linux system. If it is not what you
intended for this page then rip it out, but it would be nice to have
that information somewhere.=20
