I checked the source code and there is no "/fcs" in the default FTP URL
path.

The version of the script that I checked is the latest in perforce. I
would need to track down which change list was used in creating the
release in question to find out how and when the /fcs was added to the
path.=20

I also don't recall ever seeing /fcs in any of the versions of the
script that I worked with in the Delorean branch.

Larry is the man on this, but for the record, I don't ever recall
adding the fcs directory to the default path, I have no idea when or
how that came in.
