Hello all,

At today's 3:00 pm staff meeting, Neil Neben and Raghu Murthy will be
joining us. Neil is responsible for developing and delivering education
courses for our field organization, and in some cases customers too.
Some of you may have taken a class with him when you joined. He is
assembling the education for Delorean, and would like our advice on a
number of areas, notably GNS.

As you may know, we're working with Raghu to deliver tutorials to the CS
staff on key Delorean features including Kerberos, GNS, SNMP, and
perhaps the new kpi's. Raghu will be joining us to hear the discussion
with Neil and also perhaps to raise additional discussion with us.

I anticipate that there will be no action items for us (except maybe me)
arising from these conversations. We will be helping ONStor colleagues
and promoting use of the new Delorean features by customers.

I'll see you at 3:00.

jay
