Having Charissa and Andy come out on installs has been a great
experiment in product improvement. I've learned a lot and believe we've
been able to incorporate many improvements. One example is being able to
create a work around for the PM hang while expediting a fix.=20

Thanks to Caeli and Jay for letting me 'take an engineer to work day'!

And there is no truth to the rumor I just brought them along to use the
express lane ;-)
