This could be related to the issues with the SFP connectors on Rev 1.
The hole size on the PCB was too large for the SFP connectors, so they
all had to be soldered in.  Unfortunately, the manual soldering process
may not have been done perfectly, especially since I did it!

Does Rev 2 have the loss of sync issue on the FC ports?
