Company policy requires that all employees submit vacation requests to
their manager for approval prior to using vacation hours. All fully
completed forms shall be forwarded to Human Resources.=20

An updated vacation policy was approved and implemented in April 2007.
At that time the Vacation Accrual Cap was set at 200 hours. Once an
employee reaches 200 hours of vacation accrual (the maximum allowance)
the employee's vacation will stop accruing until vacation hours are
requested, taken and the accrual drops below 200 hours.=20

Those employees who were given a grace period in which to use their
vacation hours exceeding 200 hours were given a deadline of 12/31/07. In
keeping with California Labor Law, I have extended the grace period in
which to reduce hours to 200 hours or less to January 31st 2008.=20

I encourage you to review your employee handbook (pages 33 and 34)
should you have any questions. Please feel free to contact me should you
have any further questions.

ONStor, Inc. has reserved the right to impose mandatory vacation during
a Company Wide Shutdown. Please contact your manager regarding your
schedule. All employees will be required to complete a "Request for Time
Off" form (available on the Company's Intranet under HR tab) or receive
an Authorization to Work form from their manager. Only those employees
who have a signed Authorization to Work form from their manager will be
allowed to work during the Shutdown. All forms shall be submitted to HR
prior to December 19, 2007.
