Subject: 1480 HT and 1250 PCI errata

Tim,
The 1480 HT interface has an errata that makes the addresses from
x1_e000_0000 to x1_f800_0000 unaccessible over HT. To not lose that 384
MB, we could make sure local memory is allocated from this space instead
of shared memory buffers.

Also, the 1250 PCI block has an errata which makes the last 2 cachelines
unusable. This should already be worked around in the cheetah and
bobcat PCI mgmt buffer allocation. But you might want to have somebody
make sure.

-Rick
