Subject: apps bring up

Everything seems to be up and running, with the exception of the
chassisd (which is not surprising since nothing has changed from the
apps point of view), the communication between the ssc and the embedded
boards works including the parts of FC which moved to FP, txrx and fp
stay up (again not surprising since they are not doing anything). I'd
say we are almost ready to discover the luns as soon as the FC fixes are
checked in.

To test the networking we will need the prom changes to get the rest of
cpus out of reset since the networking can not be initialized without
txrx1 and working chassisd since lots of SSC applications have a habit
to periodically ask the chassisd if the FP is up or not and refuse to
work if it is not.
