I've been using compile2 to build Zonda release branch workspace and it
build fine for me.

Including dl-software, for those who use compile2.

Compile2 is a shared machine that I do not administer so I generally do
not suggest to change things on it without checking with dl-software.=20

If what you are doing does not require building openbsd then it may be a
symlink problem. In general /usr/openbsd.new should point to
/n/Build-Trees/BSD/openbsd-latest-dev. When you checkout a full branch
view, you usually need to move the checked-out openbsd module out of the
way and create symlinks to /usr/openbsd.new, something like this:

[build@k2 R3_1_0_rel]$ ls -l

If however what you are doing does require local openbsd changes, then
all of that is to be disregarded and at that point would refer you to
Ron for directions on how he builds openbsd on that machine ( since
you're in once his trees it looks like ).

=20

Thanks, and good luck.

=20

P.S. I generally only build openbsd locally, i.e. not via NFS into a
home directory, and in fact a number of pieces cannot be built if you
can't write as 'root'. If you're just doing contained changes to a
particular component in the BSD build that may not apply.

Subject: Compilation problem in compile2 machine

Hi Ken,

=20

I could not compile the sources from the compile2 machine. May be its
due to softlink to cross-compiler.

Please help me in resolving this.
