Andy,
Sending it to dl-software is a reminder to Ken that he said he would =
change the mail to go to dl-software.  It should go to dl-software since =
that is who is using the branch - it is not just Cougar anymore.  Still =
I could have also looked at what the problem was.

Hey Jeff, you don't need to forward this to dl-software until after the
people on dl-cougar see if it's their error, so give it some time.  I
think this is probably max's or rendell's so they should fix it.  Also,
if you could get the tail of the log and post that to dl-cougar that
would also help. This grep thing of the log is fairly useless.  I can't
get the log when I'm remote, currently, or I would do it now.
