Hi All,

Looks like we lost a bit of momentum this weekend, productivity seemed
to be down quite a bit on Saturday and Sunday.

We have 13 days left to wrap up Zonda. At this point we must assume that
week nights and weekends are time that we can use to fix problems and
test. You do not have to stay in or come to the office if you have what
you need at home, we just need the extra efforts from all to make it
down the home stretch.

The plan is to get all of the Must Fix defects fixed by eod Sunday. Then
use the last 6 days of September for validation and to fix any
showstopper that arises.=20

Currently there are 66 MF defects in Dev that we need to tackle. QA has
45 Defects still to retest and 75% of the final regression testing to
still execute.

If any of you who are not on the Zonda team and you feel like you have a
few cycles to help out and knock off some of the backlog, please
coordinate with Brian D, any added cycles would be greatly appreciated.
If you are on the Zonda team and you do not have any MF defects to work
on please let Brian know so we can consider balancing the current load.

If there is anything that I can do to help make this added effort more
tolerable (dinners/lunches, etc ...) please let me know.

Thanks everyone for the effort, we are close to having a very successful
release.

-Paul
