Subject: Draft of SystemX IP Networking document

There is a new file on the SystemX wiki related to how IP networking
will likely work. This is still an early draft but attempts to define
the requirements and a mostly worked out proposal for addressing them.

_Networking.doc

If you are in the To: line I really need you to read and comment on this
as soon as practical. If you are in the CC: line I would appreciate it
if you could take some time and send me your thoughts. The more people
reading this and finding the edges in the approach, the better off we
will be when it comes time to implement it.
