Reading the BSD filesystem will be difficult: it is the same as it is
reading it on any Linux system, ie., Linux cannot understand the BSD
disk label nor mount it's filesystem.

But there might be ways to work around this problem.  I will
investigate as time permits.  Possible, not verified, workarounds, make
a VFAT partition on CF card in a bobcat, or just a raw partition with
the appropriate files tar'd onto it, etc.
