Just a reminder, cstech is a life line for us and a very valuable tool =
for our company. Cstech is designed to be a conduit that allows our CE =
and SE folks to ask technical questions to a broad and experienced =
audience within ONStor.=20

I encourage everyone to read and reply to the cstech requests in a =
timely manner when you believe that you know the answer (if your answer =
is not 100% correct that is certainly okay) or can help to offer =
guidance to our team that is on the support and deployment end of our =
business.=20

Remember that it takes all of us to support our product, the CS team is =
the front line. It is crucial that we use this tool in a manner that =
helps extend our companies ability to support our product from the =
customers perspective.=20

The reason for the mail is from time to time I do not see a reply on a =
topic, this is the cause for alarm for me, makes me believe that we may =
not know the answer or we believe that the answer may be obvious and =
that we think someone else may reply, puts ONStor in a tough spot when =
that is the case.
