Andy fixed the defect 23344 (still has to be verified). I found that
probably due to some additional issue, that defect couldn't be retested
(or at least it appears to still fail). I failed that defect, and Andy
kicked it back as a WAD. I opened new defect 23804 for the new and
larger issue.=20

My question is how Andy should mark the defect, if I send it back to him
now. I'm not supposed to close a "fixed" defect as a WAD. However, Andy
mentioned that he didn't have another option for sending it back to me,
since there was no additional fix.
