I checked our system and seeing that most of you already have the
outlook plug-in installed. For some of you do not have the client
installed because your machine either not on the domain or did not get a
group policy updated when you login. If you are using windows, you can
install the plug-in manual by running the installer at
\\onstor-dc01\Common\MessageOne\Outlook Plugin
<file:///\\onstor-dc01\Common\MessageOne\Outlook%20Plugin%20> . Make
sure that this plug-in get install so email can be redirect to your
client in case there is a problem with our server.

ONStor has implemented an email continuity system that provides a backup
method to access email if there is a problem with our site or server.
Every email user has a backup account that is accessed using your
windows login. Shortly you will receive an email introducing you to the
service. Users should enter a secondary email address and their cell
phone information to receive alerts of when there is a problem with our
email server. You will also be alerted of when the server is back
online. Additionally you can access your email through a web interface
or if you are using Outlook, in cache mode, a add in will be installed
on your system shortly that will notify you when the system is down and
will send and receive messages for you as if you were connected to the
server.

The Outlook add-in looks something like the attached file: ems addin.bmp

The add in will be installed automatically.

If you do not use Microsoft Outlook a Web site located here:
http://ems.messageone.com will be available. The site holds 30days of
email for you to access. It will contain all of your contacts and
calendars, if any.

The introduction email that will be sent shortly will explain this
service and provide a link for you to enter your email and phone number.
If you have any questions feel free to contact myself or Trung.

Brian

Ps. We will be testing this service in early June.
