Subject: news from Sales?

Hi Tom,

As per our discussion, I'm awaiting your news reports. Brian Stark
mentioned that perhaps you were reluctant to share for various reasons.

If you could please send me what news you have by 4.00pm today, that
would be quite helpful. We have a development meeting at 5.00pm, and I
need time to absorb the info, decide what to filter out, how to best
summarize some things, and what to cull out, etc. We need some news,
seriously, whether bad or good. Please trust me to be able to be able
to effectively filter, summarize and re-state the information to best
communicate with my fellow developers. We need this to keep our
motivation and energy going, and to help maintain a sense of urgency.

Thanks,

a
