Sounds good. Probably should email 'dl-delorean' upon completion. =20

On a like note, I'd like to checkin the latest 2.2 code to delorean. I
hae the merge done and test-built and it's ready to checkin with your
approval. There were no fancy merges or conflicts to worry about.

Thanks,

-Ken

Subject: Delorean merges for non-Delorean-based FB's

Ken, it was brought to my attention that 2 Delorean project FB's
(cifs_gns and performance) are not derived from FB-DELOREAN, since they
were created prior to FB-DELOREAN, which raises the question about how
to best merge Delorean into these, and/or vice versa. I verified that
the other Delorean FB's are all derived from FB-DELOREAN.

Perhaps you already have some ideas(?). Seems like one option is to
take a hit now and create a new branch for each, derived from
FB-DELOREAN, and merge code from the old FB's into the new FB's. It
seems that doing this sooner, vs. later, would be preferred to reduce
the merge effort. Another idea might be to merge Delorean back up to
main and then push this into these FB's. Perhaps there are other
options.

Interested to hear your thoughts on this.

Thanks.
Brian
