Sure.  Go ahead.  It really needs to be deleted, as it is useless and
grows unbounded.  (There's already a defect on this.)  But, the problem
is that this file is used by ubik to do printf's, and ubik hasn't been
cleaned up to the point that it does only elogs without any printfs.

While working on a bug about /var/log not being cleaned out by a
_system config reset_, I noticed this file /var/log/clusServ.log and
its friend /var/log/clusServ.log.old.  What are these fellows?  It
seems to me they should be in /var/log/onstor -- did I miss this one?
I have to admit that I always thought that there should be more log
files in /var/log/onstor than messages, but I always just assumed that
it was because my filer doesn't really do anything.

We need to move this to /var/log/onstor I'm pretty sure.  I wanted to
check with you first to see if there is some hairy reason not to.
