Hmm, well, anything is possible.  I forgot to read the code.  I just
know that it looked for .0* and got no match and quit.  When emrscron is
sending the log file, it  has just done a rotate, so a .0 ending file
should be there at the very least.  I don't know if it then tries to
send the rest, or assumes they've been sent because it always sends
the .0 file after it is created by rotating, or what.  Note that this
is different from when an SGA is done.
