We experienced an internet outage Friday, 3/28/2008 that started at =
12:33am and was resolved at 6:57am. I reported the problem to our =
internet service provider at 12:50am. After some diagnostics they found =
that the problem was within their network. I checked repair status at =
3:00am and 5:00am for resolution to our problem which was still being =
worked. At 6:57am out internet service was restored.
At 7:15am I was contacted by our ISP and they identified the problem =
with a piece of network equipment at one of their datacenters. They =
assured me that they are looking at making this connection redundant to =
avoid this type of outage in the future.
