OK, I changed them, SW-WebUI had already Tim as a lead.
I also queries for assigned to dev contains "Andy" and I found none, so
we should be OK. You could change your query to catch this if it even
happens again.

The list seems to be the same regardless of the area, but I would say
SW-system, SW-linux, sw-bsd, sw-cli, sw-webui for now.  The last two
because they use to be for Charissa who isn't here anymore.
