Maybe I should have a discussion with you about Clearquest, the
workflows, and its use; because we use it for many different things,
company wide, and I don't think it sucks as much as you think :)
I know the search capability is not great, but I've tried to create the
Find queries for that, we can enhance some if needed. I also know about
the browser issues, but there's not much I can do on my side to enhance
this.
But I'd like to get some inputs about what does not work for you.

Oh please the tool sucks.

But Max is right in one way: Larry, you could make it easier if you
removed all submittals from the pull down list that have already gone
"down the river."  Each time you do a sub, remove it from the list.
