Just imagine yourself with no memory, like me or the guy in the movie
Memento.
Then, put into ClearQuest the answers to all the questions you might get
asked about the defect.

Also, for someone like myself with low batting averages in the league of
code changes, putting lots of verbage in CQ is one way to prove that I'm
doing some useful work...
