When filing a defect in CQ please follow these guidelines for setting
the severity. The triage team will also be adjusting any defects that
are not correctly set.

Severity 1

Data integrity issues:
*	Data corruption of primary (filesystem) or secondary data source
(Backup, Mirror, Snapshot)
*	Data loss of primary (filesystem) or secondary data source
(Backup, Mirror, Snapshot)


Severity 2=20

Loss/denial of service due to:
*	Failover not working =20
*	Failover event triggered
*	Volume exceptions
*	VSVR/volume unreachable (networking/Auth issues)
*	Corrupt cluster DB

Flash issue:
*	Corrupt
*	Out of space
*	Missing configuration information
*	Missing files

Miscellaneous:
*	Cannot complete a supported/documented workflow, manual of
automatci (I.e Command failed, mirror failed, snapshot failed,)
*	Notification tools not working (EMRS, AutoSupport)
*	PM needed to restart a process (core dumps)


Severity 3

Logging issues=20
*	wrong message level
*	unclear message
*	no message
*	logs rolling

Presentation problems=20
*	Formatting of data/output
*	Refresh or layout issues in the GUI

Usability issues
*	Non-std implementation
*	Missing help files
*	Missing man pages
*	Navigation issues
