It is not a corner case. We are seeing it on almost all filers running
sub11.

Description: it might be one of corner cases but system was booted from
cf1 and then i did "system reboot -s" to reboot from cf2. after system
got rebooted from secondary flash. system show version said it is from
secondary flash even though system was actually booted from primary
flash. mount on ssc verified that.
